Please note that our current processing time is 25 business days before your order is shipped as these products are handmade. This processing time should be taken into consideration in addition to the estimated shipping time shown at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the courier. While we are always happy to help where we can, any issues regarding delivery delays, lost parcels, damaged items, or tracking updates will need to be addressed directly with the shipping company using the details provided in your shipping confirmation email.
