Refund policy
have a non return policy, which means after reception you cannot return your order unless you receive a size other than what you ordered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with size tape stuck on it. A picture of proof that the waistbeads is of wrong measurement will be required in email as well. This picture needs to be the waistbeads against a measuring tape in inches, reflecting the length of the waistbeads.
To start a return, you can contact us at kurukerwaist@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and lost Orders
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact the courier immediately with your shipping information. Once your order is sent out for shipping it is out of our hands and is the responsibility of the shipping company.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Again we do not accept returns.
Exchanges and order cancellation
We do not accept exchanges on items once received. There is a 24 hour period to change items before it is no longer possible to adjust your order.
There is a 30% cancellation fee to cancel any order. After 24 hours of purchase your order cannot

Please allow 13–15 business days for processing before your order is shipped. This processing time is separate from the shipping time selected at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the courier. Any delivery delays, lost parcels, damaged items, or tracking issues must be handled directly with the shipping company using the tracking information provided.
